1. Upgrading existing halls for higher density
When power and space cost this much, upgrading existing buildings is a real option alongside building new ones. Upgrades start from old models, often out of date and built with content made for air-cooled racks. Adding liquid cooling means new equipment, new loops and new data on every rack.
What fits:
- A model health check on the existing model before design starts ($500 per model)
- The Extended Revit kit with CDU, manifold and rear-door heat exchanger families ($6,000)
- A liquid cooling layout tool that places CDUs from your engineer's rules (pilot $750–$1,500)
