Privacy policy

The short version: this site sets no cookies and has no analytics or tracking. We collect what you choose to send us, use it to reply and to do business with you, and we don't sell or share it.

Effective date: October 2026

Privacy at a glance

No cookies

This site doesn't set cookies or use browser storage to follow you.

No tracking

No analytics, ad pixels, chat widgets or third-party embeds.

No selling or sharing

We do not sell or share personal information.

Your choice

Ask to see, correct or delete your information by email at any time.

1. Who we are and what this covers

SS Technologies ("we", "us") builds automation tools and content for Autodesk® Revit® software. This policy explains how we handle personal information on this website and when you contact us or work with us. You can reach us about privacy at shreyanshshende57@gmail.com.

Models, drawings and other project files that a client shares with us are covered by the NDA and contract for that project, not by this website policy. Our security page explains how we handle them.

2. What we collect

Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to include. The form asks for your name, work email, company, role, the task you want to automate, the Revit versions and edition you use, your timeline, whether the work is for a data center, whether your project restricts who can access files, an optional budget, how you heard about us, and good times for a call.

Information from the sign-up form. When you sign up for our free checklist, we receive your name, work email, company and role, and whether you ticked the box to get occasional tips by email.

Information from calls and projects. If we talk or work together, we also keep business contact details, notes about the work, and the billing details needed to invoice you and get paid, such as company name, billing contact and billing address.

Information collected automatically. This site has no analytics and sets no cookies. Like any website, the hosting provider that delivers our pages may record basic technical details of each request (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) in server logs to keep the service running and secure. We don't use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

What we don't want. We don't ask for sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, health information or precise location. Please don't send it, or any project files, through the contact form. Before any file changes hands, we sign an NDA.

3. How our forms work

The contact form and the sign-up form work in one of these ways, depending on how the site is set up when you visit:

  • They open your email app with your message ready to send. Nothing leaves your computer until you press Send in your own email app.
  • When online sending is enabled, the form sends your message to a form service, Web3Forms, which passes it on to our email inbox.

Each form includes a hidden field that helps block spam. It doesn't collect anything about you.

The payback calculator and the browser demos run entirely in your browser. What you type there isn't sent to us or anyone else.

4. How we use your information

  • To reply to you and schedule calls
  • To send you the checklist you signed up for, and occasional tips if you ticked the box
  • To write a scope and price, and to deliver and support the work
  • To invoice, get paid and complete vendor onboarding
  • To keep this site and our accounts secure
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to protect our legal rights

We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

5. Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They handle personal information on our behalf, only for the services they provide to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights. If SS Technologies is ever sold or merged, information may move to the new owner, who must keep protecting it as this policy describes.

Information may be stored or accessed in more than one country, by us or by our service providers. Wherever it's handled, this policy applies.

6. We do not sell or share personal information

We do not sell or share personal information, and we haven't done so. "Share" here has its California meaning: giving personal information to others for advertising based on your activity across websites. Because we don't sell or share, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share" link on this site.

7. Cookies and similar technology

This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use browser storage to recognize you. It has no analytics, no ad pixels, no chat widget and no third-party embeds. Our fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't contact a font service.

Our pages link to outside sources, such as the research we cite. When you follow one of those links, you leave this site, and that site's own privacy policy applies.

If we ever add a feature that uses cookies or a third-party service, such as videos or a booking calendar, we'll update this policy before it goes live and explain what the feature does.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. This site doesn't track visitors over time or across other websites, so there is nothing for the signal to switch off. We treat every visit the same way, whether or not your browser sends it. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of selling or sharing, which we don't do in any case.

9. Your privacy rights

If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you, and how we use and disclose it
  • Delete personal information we hold about you, with some legal exceptions, such as invoices we must keep
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Opt out of selling or sharing. We don't sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We don't collect sensitive personal information, so there is nothing to limit.
  • Not be treated differently for using any of these rights

We give the same choices to everyone, wherever you live.

How to make a request

Email shreyanshshende57@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line and tell us what you'd like us to do. To protect you, we confirm the request comes from you, usually by replying to the email address we have on file. You can also use an authorized agent; we'll ask for your written permission. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why, and the total won't exceed 90 days.

10. How long we keep it

  • Sign-ups: kept while you get our tips. If you unsubscribe or didn't ask for tips, deleted within 24 months of signing up, or sooner if you ask.
  • Enquiries that don't lead to work: deleted within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
  • Client business records (the signed scope, contract and invoices): kept for as long as tax, accounting and contract law requires.
  • Project files: we delete your files from our systems within 30 days of close-out and confirm in writing. We keep only what the contract requires (the signed scope and invoices) and anything you ask us to keep for warranty work.
  • Server logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention settings.

11. How we protect it

We use multi-factor authentication on every account we use, give access only to what each task needs, keep separate credentials for each client, and store files encrypted. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll tell you as the law requires. More detail is on our security page.

12. Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

13. Email from us

We send occasional Revit automation tips only to people who tick the box on our sign-up page. Every email says who it's from and has a way to unsubscribe, and we stop within 10 business days of your request. We don't add you to a mailing list because you contacted us, or because you signed up without ticking the box.

14. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we'll say so at the top of the page, and we'll email current clients.

15. Contact

Questions or requests about privacy: shreyanshshende57@gmail.com. You'll get a written reply within one US business day.
