Website terms of use

This website is run by SS Technologies ("we", "us"), which builds automation tools and content for Autodesk® Revit® software. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Our services are covered by your signed agreement

These terms cover the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by the written scope you sign and, for larger projects, a master services agreement. If anything on this site differs from your signed scope or agreement, the signed document wins. Our engagement terms summarize how we work.

2. Prices and information on this site

Prices on this site are starting prices and ranges in US dollars. They exclude any applicable taxes. They aren't an offer you can accept by itself: the price for your work is the fixed price in your signed scope. We try to keep everything on the site accurate and current, but details such as software versions and third-party pricing can change after we publish.

3. Content and intellectual property

The text, diagrams, demos, calculator, sample scope and other content on this site belong to SS Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright.

• You may read, print and save pages for your own internal use, including to evaluate us as a vendor, share links to any page, and quote short passages with a link back.
• You may use the sample scope as a reference when planning your own projects.
• You may not republish or sell substantial parts of the site, present our content as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

Ownership of work we build for clients is set out in each signed scope and on our security and IP page.

4. Demos, calculator and articles are for information

The browser demos use sample data and are not client work. Results from the payback calculator are estimates based on the numbers you enter, not a promise of savings. Articles describe software as it stood on their publication date; check the vendor's current documentation before you act on them. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or engineering advice.

Our tools apply rules and values that your engineer of record provides. Their outputs are drafting and data aids, not engineering calculations, code-compliance reviews or sealed documents. Your licensed professionals review the results and remain responsible for the design.

5. Using the site properly

Please don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, send malware or spam through the contact form, or scrape the site in a way that harms it. Don't send models, drawings or other confidential files through the form; before any file changes hands, we sign an NDA.

6. Information you send us

Our privacy policy explains what we do with information you send through the form or by email.

7. Links to other websites

We link to outside sources, such as the research and documentation we cite, so you can check them yourself. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link isn't an endorsement.

8. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, this website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Warranties for work we deliver, such as our 30-day bug-fix warranty, are set out in your signed scope.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, SS Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to US$100. This section doesn't limit liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, and it doesn't change the terms of any signed agreement for our services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Accessibility statement

We want this website to work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA (W3C).

What we've done

• Text and background colors chosen for a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text
• A "Skip to content" link, and a visible focus outline when you move through the page with a keyboard
• Labels on every form field, with required fields marked
• Text titles and descriptions on every diagram
• Animations that switch off when your device is set to reduce motion
• No sound that plays by itself
• Questions and answers built with standard expandable sections that work with a keyboard

Known limits

The browser demos and the payback calculator are interactive, and they use standard form controls. If any part of them is hard to use with your setup, tell us and we'll send you the same result another way. When we publish recorded demo videos, they'll have captions and a text transcript.

This statement is based on our own review in October 2026. The site hasn't had an independent accessibility audit yet.
